修改網路傳輸相關設定上網及下載登錄檔編輯。使用說明：下載後滑鼠箭頭指去檔案按右鍵→選(解壓縮至此(X))，滑鼠箭頭在指去登錄檔按左鍵點二次→選(是)→下一個畫面選(確定)→在重新開機→在去上網回覆我的文章及下載是否變快了。
PS:登錄檔內容如下：也可以用滑鼠指去登錄檔按右鍵→選(編輯)就可看到內容。
