A new Software Just Released From Spb

* Installation dialog (to set content folder upon installation)
* Content folder is chosen from the combo-box (with possibility of custom folder of course)
* Channel file format has changed to make files on device smaller.
* Changed downloading code to make it a bit faster. )
* Added message box on uninstallation asking whether to delete content or not.
* Fixed bug with importing OPML from pRSS
* Fixed waiting cursor when updating
* Fixed behaviour on removing/inserting storage card
* Minor bugfixes.
